Directions to the Bucks County Playhouse

From Philadelphia and South Jersey: Route 95 North to the New Hope Exit (exit 51). At the end of the exit make a left and follow the signs to New Hope and Route 32 North. Eventually, Route 32 will take you into the center of New Hope. The Bucks County Playhouse is located in the middle of town, on the right, along the river and across from The Logan Inn Restaurant and Hotel.

From New York and North: Lincoln Tunnel to New Jersey Turnpike South to Route 78 West to Route 287 South to Route 202 South. Continue through toll at bridge. After entering Pennsylvania, the exit for New Hope and Route 32 South is the first exit after the toll. The Playhouse is in the center of town on the left along the river.

From Allentown and Quakertown: Route 309 into Quakertown. Make left onto 313 East through Doylestown to Route 202 North. In New Hope follow Route 179 North. (Route 202 will bear off to the left, stay straight onto 179 North.) Make a right at the 2nd traffic light and theatre is on the left in the center of town.

From Pennsylvania Turnpike: Take Route 611 North to Route 202 North. Follow Route 202 North into New Hope and it will become 179 North. Make a right at the 2nd traffic light and theatre is on the left in the center of town.

From Princeton Area: Take Route 518 towards Hopewell/Lambertville. In Lambertville make a right onto Route 179 and make a left at the light. Go over the bridge and make a left at the light onto Main Street. The Playhouse is on the left along the river in the center of town.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE COMING TO NEW HOPE VIA THE NEW JERSEY SIDE OF THE LAMBERTVILLE-NEW HOPE BRIDGE AND DRIVING A BUS:

BUSES CAN NOT CROSS THE BRIDGE BETWEEN NEW HOPE AND LAMBERTVILLE. CONTINUE ON 29 NORTH TO ROUTE 202 SOUTH AND THE TOLL BRIDGE BETWEEN NJ AND PA. GET ON TO 202 SOUTH, PAY TOLL AND GET OFF AT ROUTE 32 SOUTH (THE FIRST EXIT AFTER THE TOLL.) 32 BECOMES MAIN STREET IN NEW HOPE. GO THROUGH THE TRAFFIC LIGHT AND PLAYHOUSE IS TWO BLOCKS DOWN ON LEFT.
